Island Ford – Thursday Mornings.  What a great tradition this has become!  Today gave us some good training for the months to come.  The heat and humidity is building up and everyone came prepared!!  We all had plenty of fluids and we all worked up quite a glisten.  But even with the conditions, our weekly hikers took things in stride and kept up a great pace. What a wonderful way to begin year three of the Thursday morning tradition at Island Ford.  Thanks to all of you for joining us, being on time (wouldn’t expect anything less) and being prepared!  See you soon!  ~ Carol
