Welcome new member Joanne.  Pleasure to have you on the hike today.  What an awesome group of folks...thank you for being so positive and upbeat.  Weather was great for February and with the humidity, actually felt like a late spring day.  We had one little tumble but the person popped right back up and on the trail without issue (maybe a sore thumb but otherwise ok).  Island Ford is in good shape with some damp areas, but considering the amount of rain lately, it was well drained and not too muddy.  Appreciate all my fellow hikers on this trail and hope to see everyone again very soon.
