A wonderfulful display of #GirlPower yesterday!! I had 5 super stars join me on as we lit up the trails at VC with a wonderful QuickStep training pace. It was a great workout and even as cool as the temps were, the temp on the trails were hot! 6 of us covered the 6 miles (plus 3/10's) well before sunset, but as we chit-chatted about future AOC events and such the skies got dark...it was a fantastic hike and I look forward to ramping up the pace and the distance with y'al soon!
