After a soggy month of May a few days of sunshine dried the trails.  AOCers gathered on NTD, headed a mile or so up the road to the new trail head and entered a rough, unkept section of trail.

We walked a flagged section of trail and cleared the brush.  Next we followed the flagged trail to the creek area.  Here we gathered a few rocks and armored a section to make the trail passable.

We also cut a new 30' section of trail using Pulaskis and McLeods.  The trail came to life in less than a few hours.  It looks nice!

Afterwards we had burgers, dogs and everyone that stuck around received a door prize.  Most people went home with a hammock.
