Itinerary:

Are you a morning person who loves nature and exercise? Do you have a furry friend who needs some fresh air and socialization? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you should join us at Cochran Shoals Saturday morning for a fun and scenic walk or jog along the river!

Cochran Shoals is a beautiful park next to the Chattahoochee River, where you can enjoy walking, hiking, jogging or dog walking (All kinds of dogs are welcome!). The trail follows the river north and forms a 3-mile loop with a parking area at Columns Drive in the middle.

We plan to do 6 miles (2 loops) at our own pace. Don't worry if you can't keep up with everyone else, we'll meet back at the parking lot after each loop. Cochran Shoals has mile markers along the trail, so you can track your progress and challenge yourself.

So what are you waiting for? Grab your hiking shoes or sneakers, your water bottle, and your leash (if you have a dog) and join us for a fun and healthy way to start your weekend!
