Itinerary:

The Quick: We will hike at a fast pace.

The Dirty: We will tackle the lowlands down by the river that have been flooded out for the past few weeks. This may include some bushwhacking through the mud and getting poked. By brambles and thorns. If that's not dirty enough for you, we can roll around on the ground a bit.

We will meet at the Park Headquarters parking lot, then take off at a rapid pace. We'll hit many of the trails including the lollipop. Got to have some sweets for Valentine's Day, right?

Note this is not a beginner hike; we will take a couple water breaks but keep a steady pace up and down the hills to get a quick & dirty workout for our hearts.
