Itinerary: | |||||||
Back by popular demand! Don't miss it this time, the Swheats reward at the end makes this event! Let's do a couple of loops on Pine Mountain to start our Sunday off right! Our approximately 4.5-mile trek will cover the east and west trails, with a jaunt up to the spectacular summit overlook. The pace will be a moderately fast 2.5 - 3mph, but we'll slow down a bit on the steeper ascents. After the hike, we will have the option to enjoy lunch at Swheat Deli just down the road in downtown Cartersville. Swheat closes at 3pm on Sundays, so NO SLACKERS! Dogs are permitted on this hike but please keep in mind that you must leave your dog in the car during lunch if you join us for that. Location: 5 E Main St
