Come join us for a morning hike at beautiful Stone Mountain Park. We will meet inside the park near the restrooms at the bottom of the walk up trail behind Confederate Hall. The hike will begin at 9:00am so please show up 10 minutes early. If you don't already have a pass to get into the park, a day pass can be purchased at the gate, or an annual pass for $40. If you don't want to pay anything, see instructions below for free parking outside the park. (If you park outside the park, give yourself enough time to find the Park-n-Ride lot and at least 15 minutes to make the walk into the park to meet up with the group). | |||||||

How to Get There: | |||||||
Event Directions: | Directions: To the main entrance- From I-285 take U.S. Hwy 78 East
(Snellville/Athens) exit. Travel about 7 miles and take Exit 8, the Stone
Mountain Park Main Entrance. After entering the main entrance, proceed
straight ahead. The road will fork at about 1 mile – stay to the right.
Continue to follow the road for another mile. Confederate Hall will be on
your left. The parking lot will be immediately after. We’ll meet behind
Confederate Hall near the walk up trail. | ||||||
