Itinerary:

Let's take another walk over to the stadium!   I explored these trails on my bike and running many times.  While this is not exploritory, due to construction we may have to do a little rerouting as we travel down the paved route from Cochran Shoals and then up towards the new Braves Stadium.  There may be places to get a drink and snack so bring some cash and we'll see what's at the Stadium.

If we have time we'll head down toward the West Palisades park as well along Rottenwood Creek.

This is a paved path so I do recommend tennis shoes over hiking boots.  There is also a bathroom at the start.

Please remember a $3.00 daily or $25.00 annual Park Pass is required on parked vehicles in the National Park.

From I-75 north, take I-285 (the perimeter highway) east towards Augusta. Exit soon at Northside Drive; turn left on Northside Drive, which circles around and crosses onto Interstate North Parkway. [From I-85 north, Take I-285 west, exit Northside Drive, which crosses onto Interstate North Parkway.] River parking lots are next to bridge off Parkway; parking fees apply.
