Itinerary:

The trails around the park  are a mix of packed gravel and asphalt. We plan on covering about 5.5 miles - we'll make two and a half loops on the trail to stretch it out a little bit. The trails are nice and wide and wind through lots of soccer and baseball fields as well as some wooded areas and a pretty lake. The trails are lit so it's great for walking after the sun sets.

We'll maintain a fast pace to get a good workout with one  stop. Please arrive a few minutes early for intros and/or to use the restroom. 

If anyone is interested - we may go to Lucky's for a burger after the hike!

We'll meet at the first parking lot on the left after you enter the park from Woodstock Rd. There is a pavilion with restrooms.
