Itinerary:

Please join me for a hike through the beautiful trails of Vickery Creek.  

We will start on the Roswell side where the parking is free, cross the covered bridge and up into the Chattahoochee National Recreation Area Park.  We will hike along the creek for a view of the dam and then over to the Oxbo Road bridge.    

The pace will be steady pace approx 2.5 an hour with one quick stop at the bridge on Oxbo Road.   There are some moderate climbs but nothing too hard.  The trails do have rocks and roots so hiking poles might be helpful. 

There are restrooms at this location.

Please arrive a few minutes early to check in as we will leave on time.

NOTE......We are meeting at the covered bridge.

We are meeting behind the shops at the Roswell Mill Center where the parking is free.  It is where Hwy 9 (S. Atlanta St) and Hwy 120 (Marietta Hwy) intersect.  Keep driving down the road until you get to the big parking lot at the very bottom of the hill.  For a zoomable map or satellite view of that spot click the rectangular blue and green "event location" icon near the top of this article.
