Itinerary:

This will be a moderate trail run. There are no formal stops planned but, if needed, we can wait a bit intersections.

We hope to keep the pace to 12 - 13 min/mile. We'll run at a good pace for about 0.9 and take 0.1 to hike briskly, then run again.

We will do a 2-mile loop twice. This isn't the most scenic way to do Vickery Creek, but it makes it possible to stash your water and gives you a bailout point every 2 miles if you are struggling to keep the pace or if the weather gets a bit severe. Route subject to change.

Parking is on Oxbo Rd. Note that Oxbo is closed on one side so you'll need to enter from the Grimes Bridge side. GPS coordinates:
34.017120, -84.358411 Parking is free, there are no restrooms.

We'll start promptly at 7:00pm. Please arrive a few minutes early.
