Itinerary:

FULL DISCLOSURE: This is a FAST-PACED, RAIN or SHINE HIKE, so if you are recovering from injury, have mobility issues, or are averse to rain, this is not the hike for you!

That said, the plan is to hike the refurbished South Peachtree Creek boardwalk from MEDLOCK PARK to the Candler Lake loop (on the Emory campus) and back. We'll maintain a brisk pace (

The majority of the hike is on a wooden boardwalk or concrete path, with some sections on gravel, dirt etc., so wear appropriate footwear.

Once you get to the Medlock Park parking lot, face the baseball fields/playground, and walk to the far LEFT (western corner) towards the railings at the start of the trail.
