:: NOT YOUR TYPICAL WEEKDAY D3 ::

Read the FULL write up:

Join me as we light up the trails with a quick stepping extreme fitness hike that will get that heart rate & step count up right out of the gates...This week day D3 training hike will see some nice elevation, as I take you along what I affectionately dub my "training grounds!" We might hit a coulple of the same paths twice but never in the same direction. This is NOT a "check out the scenery" event. Conditions have been a little sloppy out there, expect some loose terrain - trekking poles are always advised.

This FAST  training/fitness hike is along various trails at Vickery Creek (in a top secret special direction) and we might be re-grouping at the top of the steepest climb (to be announced before ascending) if needed, but there  are no formal stops planned. The average will be in the 16 minute/mile pace (or quicker). So, if you haven't been on any of my FAST AOC D3 hikes recently you're probably not going to like this hike - saying it's fast is an undestatement. If I see you falling back pretty far within the first mile (or two) I may ask you to try again after a few months...Safety first, respect to the others second.

I might be recovering from shoulder surgery, but the legs still move ;P

Rain or Shine...althought I prefer the latter.
