While Joyce recoves from two broken wrists, I've offered to lead her Thursday morning hikes. You know what that means, no Joyce/no bubble, and there's always the possibility I'll skip the warm-up hill. Island Ford has much to offer with its variety of surfaces, views of the Chattahoochee, and plenty of short, challenging hills to get our hearts pumping!
