Itinerary:

MORE DOUBLE DAM TRAINING (DDT)

This time we're Going with the Flow from Medlock Bridge Boat Ramp (Duluth) to the Azalea Dr Boat Ramp (Roswell). Long boats a must, it's a fast workout and we'll be paddling NON-STOP. We're ramping up for the upcoming Double Dam, so join us if you're thinking about it, or you just need a solid workout.

We'll be cruising over the shoals at Island Ford, so use caution there if water levels are low. Other than than that it's a lot of the usual Hooch work. PFDs are a must wear on this event.

Shuttle (Lil Sasquatch) will meet at the Azalea Boat Ramp at 09:30, load up and head out as soon as possible. Planning on being on the water for approx. 3h45m - the event times include the shuttle time. I will need a volunteer to take me and my boat back up to MBR to complete the shuttle.
