Itinerary:

Let's go explore East Palisades. We will hike a loop around the park, including stops to check out the great views and the bamboo forest.

The terrain at East Palisades is rooty and rocky and rugged, with some elevation changes. Our pace will be moderate, and we will hike about 4.5 miles.

Sadly, there are no bathrooms available on this hike, so plan accordingly. Please arrive about 10 minutes early for socializing and introductions because we will be starting on time.

This area, like all CRNRA units, requires a $5 daily parking fee unless you have an annual pass.

From I-75 North: - Take exit 256, Mt. Paran Road. - Turn Right on Mt. Paran Road - Turn Left on Sentinel Post Rd NW - Turn Right on Whitewater Creek Road NW - Turn Left on Pumping Station Dr at the entrance to the unit
