Itinerary:

The Bradley Trail is an 8.4 mile out-and-back trail.

There are scenic views of the Bradley fork of the Oconaluftee River.

The wildflowers are abundant: anemone, trillium and violets and the ascent is gradual with total a total elevation gain of about 1046 feet.

The trail is wide and is shared with horses at the start.

So if you want a lovely trail on a wide road which follows the river and want to experience beautiful flora and fauna, this is a good option.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:

I 85 North to 985 North and then US-23N/US-441 BYP and continue in US 441N.

Take the ramp US-441N/US-74 W then slight right onto US-441 ramp to Great Smoky Mts National Park/Cherokee.

At this point, drive 5.1 miles and turn right onto US-19N/US-441N and drive 0.5 Miles then turn Left onto US-441N and drive 6.7 miles.

After this, turn right onto Smokemonet Rd/Smokemont Campground Road (about 200 feet)

Then turn left to stay on Smokemont Rd/Smokemont campground Rd and Drive  0.8 miles to Bradley Fork Trail
