Itinerary:

This is the hike that Ann and Ralph have been doing for several months.  They'll be at Yellowstone for several months, so we're going to keep the trails warm for them.

This is a great after-work hike?  Join us at 6:00 PM (new, later time for the folks who've been doing this hike on a regular basis) on this section of Chattahoochee NRA. 

The Vickery Creek section of the Chattahooche National Recreation Area contains many miles of interconnected hiking trails. Our plan is to hike about five miles of these trails including visting the old dam on Big Creek.

This will be a fast paced hike.  Fast walking, not trail running.  This is NOT a good hike for folks who don't like to go fast on hilly trails.

We are starting and parking on Oxbo Road.  It is free to park there!  See directions below.
We will start promptly at 6:00 PM. 


Required Items to Bring:

Shoes you can hike in
Water bottle
Clothing appropriate for weather conditions
You should be OK without hiking boots on these trails

We will meet at the Oxbo parking lot on Oxbo Road, off of Route 9/120, Atlanta Street, Roswell GA.  There is a gas station on the corner where you have to turn.
