Itinerary:

Join me for a Friday afternoon hike in Decatur. We will meet at the picnic tables by the baseball fields. We will hike on the boardwalk to Mason Mill Park and then to Emory University. Well hike around the lake and then follow the creek to Houston Mill Rd. The hike is pretty flat but I like to move at a 2.7-3.0 mile per hour pace. That's what I consider a fast pace. I want to sweat. This is a beautiful hike along 2 creeks and a lake. Well behaved dogs or cats are welcome.
