Itinerary:

 

Join me for an up river battle from Azalea Park boat ramp north to Therapy Island (small section of rocks just off the shore from Island Ford) and back. You will need to call on some deep physical conditioning as we attain UP the recent current and UP and over the rapids section just down river from Island Ford...it is very demanding even though it's listed moderate but rest assured that really is because the last half of this work out is going with the flow back to Azalea, getting there is the test.

We're starting super early because I have a busy day, but want to get on the water before I start "adulting" this weekend! There has been thick morning fog on the water that provides a surreal element to the start, but as the sun comes up it burns off quickly! #PaddlesUP at 06:30 c'mon!

Note:  Shoot the Hooch is 203 Azalea Drive, so if you get there, look for the big parking lot with the boat ramp, just east of it, on the same side of the street.
