It was a cold, gloomy day, but the rain had stopped, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the back and forth walk along the Northside Beltline. We had the trail to ourselves, and enjoyed seeing the huge trees along the way. We also saw some extensive beaver damage on trees along Tanyard Creek. Those beavers have definitely been busy! This trail makes up for its brevity (2.25 miles out and back) by its beauty.  ~  Joyce
