We've completed almost an entire year of Thursday Morning Hikes at Island Ford (with the AOC). We've garnered a strong group of regulars but we're always happy to have some new or less-seen members each week. The weather was cool, so we hiked at a good speed covering 5.9 miles. As always, I couldn't lose any of the participants-- they're all getting so strong. :-)  ~  Joyce
