Write Up:Trish is a natural trip leader! She did a wonderful job leading the group today! Below is her very first post-trip write-up:
Thank you all for a fun hike and good workout at Island Ford this morning. We had a strong group and were able to do the lollipop trail and see the boat ramp while staying almost entirely off paved roads. The temperature and humidity were high, but the rain held off and by the end we found some cool breezes along the river.
We had a new(er) member, Curtis, join us for his first Island Ford hike along with his dog Tina. We hope to see you two again soon!
