We stretched the limits on the number of participants on today's event so that Lynn could get re-acquainted with Joy, a good friend from the past. Even with the large group o 20, everyone kept up well, though the pace was our usual "moderately fast." We sweated, and our faces were red, but we persisted knowing that soon we'd be enjoying the hamburger specials at the North River Tavern. ~ Joyce
