Cool winds blew dry leaves around as we hiked Island Ford. You can feel the best Autumn days are coming. The woods will slowly begin to ignite in color starting in the next few weeks. So today we train. There will be hikes in the mountains.  There will be hot coco.  So today we hike.  We will be prepared for the beauty that lies ahead. Six good miles with a healthy dose of hills, a nice little Autumn appetizer to wet our appetite for the glory of Fall.
