The hike at Island Ford this morning was excellent!!! The weather was perfect for this event and our group of 12 ambitious hikers completed an 8 mile hike in just a little under 3 hours. Great job everyone! Additionally, two brand new AOC members Karen H and Lynn T. joined us for this hike and completed their first hike with the AOC. Congrats and welcome to the AOC. As always, I want to thank all the hikers who participated in this event for making the hike an awesome Sunday morning endurance building hike. I hope to see everyone on the trails again soon!
