Sharon, you were right! The rain bubble was with us. Sorry you couldn't make it today. Trish and I are so proud of our Thursday group: they arrive on time, don't complain about photos, whine very little over the many ascents, and always seem grateful for the workout.

The air was chilly and damp, but within short order, we were well warmed and enjoyed keeping up the heart-elevating pace. How nice to have Tony T. with us for the first time. He drove all the way from Henry Co. to be with us today. That's real dedication. Plus, he got his initiation into the Triple Bypass Burger at the North River Tavern . . . and he ate every bit!
