I love these cold weather hikes!  The conversation was not what I would have imagined as we waited for everyone to arrive in the 22 degree temperature parking lot. "Yesterday was colder" and "Last week was colder than today" were some of the comments.  Blue sky with some breeze made it perfect hiking weather.  Our group stayed together as we averaged 18 minute miles.  The first four miles took an hour and fifteen minutes with stops and the optional 1.75 mile loop took 35 minutes. Thank you guys for making it so much fun! I hope next week we get the same conditions and get to do it all again.  ~Trish
