     Today we celebrated Susan F.'s 500th AOC event at Cloudland Canyon. She's been in the AOC only 4 years, so that's accumulating a lot of hikes each year! (It should be mentioned that she does a lot of hiking outside the club . . . so her actually hike number is much higher!) 
     The day couldn't have been more perfect! We hiked the West Rim first, then returned to the pavilions for lunch. Following a shared lunch, we headed to the falls down the awesome set of stairs. The recent rains made for amazing water flows at both Cherokee Falls and Hemlock Falls. What a treat! 
     This has to be Georgia's most beautiful state park! ~ Joyce
