What started off as a 90% chance of rain on Tuesday to a 15% chance this morning with a dark cloud hovering about, turned into a gorgeous day of hiking and companionship!  The Joyce umbrella prevailed and the sun shone.  Joyce changed the route today as we managed to get in our mileage  while forgoing the lollipop trail.  The hike was enjoyed by all.  We maintained a steady pace while managing to stay close together.  About 13 hikers continued onward to the North River Tavern after the hike.
