Whew! It's getting hot out there. We raced along the trails, stopping at each intersection - no, not to rest, but to perform jumping jacks. We took turns counting sets of 25. (Except when Jenny counted in Mandarin, and tricked us into completing 40 jacks). We did 325 jumping jacks in all.

We also had fun switching it up. Larry counted a couple sets for us in Italian and French. Sunae contributed a set in Korean. Jenny also gave us a fast set in Cantonese, and I contributed some Spanish and backwards counting. 

Bob won the overachiever award by adding a few jacks on top of the 325. Milt is our Speedy Gonzalez as he had to run to catch us with his heavy training pack, then launch into jumping jacks as soon as he found us. Doug gets the Good Sport award as I don't think he was crazy about the jacks but I only heard him mutter under his breath a couple times. 😀  And a tremendous thank you to John, our Comrade, for hauling my stuff.

Congratulations to Larry for completing his 300th event with the AOC! Wow! I didn't realize it until just now, or I would have brought brownies a la mode to celebrate. Or blueberry pie. Or Chinese almond yumminess. Or flan.
