What an awesome group of AOC hikers for the urban walk thru historical Roswell this evening. The weather was perfect! Our group of 18 included new members Nancy W., Shelby, and Graeme who completed their first ever event with the AOC. Congrats and Welcome to the AOC! As for our walk this evening, our group walked about 3.5 miles thru the historic and haunted parts of Roswell to see many sites including: Bulock Hall, Primrose Cottage, Sloan Street, Oak Street,  Mimosa Hall, Founders Way, Smith Plantation, Old Mill, Dunwody Mansion, President  Jimmy Carter's campaign house, a cemetery, several churches, monuments, The Bricks, Public House and other historical parts of Roswell. Thank you again for making this an awesome event hikers and I hope to hike with everyone again soon as well as meet our newcomers!
