Wow! I had so much fun hiking at East Palisades today with 2 different groups of AOC hikers. This group was also an advanced group of hikers. We hiked 7.5 miles with a couple of tough hills and moderate slopes to complete 7.5 miles in 2  hrs and 45 minutes...Great job! Smitha was relentless as she did the first and second hike for a total of 15 miles today! Also brand new members Thomas (first hike with AOC) and Liz (second hike) did a great job! Congrats and welcome to the AOC! Aside from hiking at a pretty fast pace, we were able to enjoy the bamboo forest, the overlook, some other nice rock formations, the remains of a building, the river, make time for Bill S to enjoy his snickers bar, and Lisa Aynan and David to do some YOGA psoes. Great time everyone and I hope to hike with everyone again soon and Happy Memorial Day!
