Write Up:The late evening paddle on the Chattahoochee River was the perfect ending to a Monday! The sky is magnificent late in the evening, and the river is amazing. With this in mind, an adventureous group of 5 paddled up to Roswell and back to Azelea Park to get our exercise. The river is interesting to see on Monday after seeing it filled with padders, rafters, people on floats and etc all weekend. By Monday evening, the Chattahoochee is just the opposite. The river that was once packed with people on the weekend is replaced with calm, serene, and peaceful water and surroundings which makes the Monday night paddle an excellent time to recharge for the week. Thanks again for paddling tonight and I hope to paddle again soon!
