Write Up:
Our group met in the parking lot at the trailhead. After introductions, we began our hike along the river. After recovering Jake, Our four-legged friend after a slip over the edge onto the riverbed, we continued along the trail. Lots of trees down from an apparent recent storm. We heard some thunder rumbling around the area. We only experienced some light rain. After 3.5 Miles to Licklog Falls, We all went for a swim and had lunch. Then we went to Pigpen Falls which was another 10 minute walk. After a brief stop here, we headed back to the cars. Another successful AOC trip.
