Starting a hike at 8 am keeps things a bit cooler . . . but we still glistened profusely, especially on the several long ascents. The water at Bull Sluice Lake has never been prettier . . . calm, high, and so clear. How nice to see Clay and Elvi on the hike! And it's always great to welcome a newcomer to the East Cobb group (Lisa D.)! DaveO said to expect the next weekend hike to start at 7:30 am! An early-bird special, for sure. ~ Joyce
