Thank goodness for a break in the rain! Our group of paddlers were able to paddle up river a couple of miles and back down before it started raining again. A few others on the river had the same idea and were out on paddle boards while  the rowing team continued to practice. We also spotted a heron fishing for dinner, and saw an amazing sky. The late evening paddles are always fun and relaxing! Thank you paddlers for making this an excellent event!
