A beautiful morning, as it turned out! The overcast skies gave way to beautiful sunshine during our hike, and the chilly air warmed up to the balmy 50's. There were loads of townspeople and children on three-wheelers enjoying the boardwalk, so we had to dodge dogs and little tikes along the way. Those who hadn't yet seen the boardwalk were duly impressed. And I was delighted not to have to reschedule the rescheduled event again!

We had two new members with us - - Kathy, and Kevin (with Champ). Welcome to the AOC! And it was great seeing Dana once again who is almost fully recovered from the fall at Amicalola Falls trails last year on which she broke her ankle, her wrist, and her elbow - - yet hiked all the way down from the Inn with her injuries! ~ Joyce
