What an awesome morning for a hike! We started with a Chinese New Year celebration in the parking lot and an orgami rooster gift compliments of Joe - Trish's husband. He made one for each of the hikers. We started the hike at a brisk pace and we were only slowed down by a herd of deer crossing our path (4 deer is a herd, right?). We hiked a total of 6.37 miles - and 10 hikers in the group went to lunch at Panera. "It was an enjoyable morning for all." Quote from Jeff W.  ~Bette K.
