We certainly missed Carol today, who usually sweeps on our Thursday morning hikes. She and her sister, Lisa, are with their mom who is presently hospitalizedl in rather serious conditiion. We are all hoping she recovers.

Today was a special celebration of Sharon's 200th AOC event. These centennial events are coming frequently among our membership as folks continue to enjoy our hikes and accumulate several each week. It's a testament to the healthy condition of the AOC under our excellent Management Team. Happy hikers are frequent hikers!

We really pushed it today, getting in between 6.5 - 7 miles, depending on whose app we viewed. We felt it, too, and were eager to refuel at the North River Tavern after the hike. It was great having Sunae with us today. Because of a one-time change in her work schedule, she was able to hike with us today. Sure wish we could see her more often!
