The pictures tell it all - - Panther Creek is an absolutely beautiful trail, with the payoff (after 3.5 miles of hiking) of a gorgeous beach and waterfall. In the summer, this is a great swimming hole; today, it was just a perfect place to pause for lunch. 

We welcomed a newbie to the AOC - - Wendy D. - - who loved the hike. And we had two Karin's with us.

Laura planned the hike perfectly, with our return to the carpool exactly on schedule. A perfect day on the trails. ~ Joyce
