A cold brisk morning had us going full steam ahead. We "strolled" around the pond before making our way up our warm up hill. The trails were still damp from the rain several days ago which led to some slippery spots which led to some falls. :-( Fortunately, no one was injured as we were able to continue onward. A dirty dozen of us headed over to the North River Tavern where we were finally warm enough to stop and converse! We had some last minute dropouts (rare on this event), but by adding people from the waitlist at the last minute, we ended up with a full group.  Thanks to all of you for joining us on this most gorgeous morning!! ~ Carol
