It was a great morning to hike at Big Trees! While we started our hike with a drop or two of rain, the rain soon ended. With this in mind, a group of 12 including new hikers Ivana, Linda, & Steve hiked 3 miles in an hour at Big Trees! Congrats and Welcome to the AOC newcomers! Our three miles of trail started at the trailhead where we made our way to the creek trail.  Next, we looped around the park a couple of times then switched back to another trail or two for 3 miles. In addition to great hikers and awesome weather, we also were able to enjoy the beautiful views of nature at our treasures in Sandy Springs. Thank you hikers for an excellent hike this morning!
