15 of us enjoyed a brisk hike on Vineyard Mountain on a gorgeous Spring morning. Our route gave us multiple views of the Etowah River, Allatoona Dam, and Allatoona Lake. The consensus was that we did about 6 miles and 1,400-plus feet of elevation.

Several of the group rewarded themselves afterward with a tasty lunch at Swheat Deli. They kept insisting on bringing Linda a sandwich instead of the salad she ordered, but otherwise everything was delicious as always.
