Wonderful day on Dockery Trail and the AT - lunch break at Preacher's Rock with magnificent views. Not a difficult trail to follow or get lost on but I was so glad that Doug H. was there.  Just over ten miles (10.14 to be exact - thanks Andrew).  Time was not four hours as promised, we went over but nobody seemed to mind as nobody seemed to need to be anywhere else but on those trails and enjoying the day.  Overcast, ominous skies most of the hike, sun peeked out a few times but it was for the best because lack of sun kept us cooler.  

Thank you all for joining me on these beautiful trails - will post same hike when the rhododendrons and mountain laurel bloom (late May or early June)
