Heat and Humidity! Apparently for this group of hikers, no big deal! We tackled our Thursday morning hike with the same determination as always. We made our way around the pond, up the nice "warm up" hill and just kept on going! We went at a nice, steady pace and took some much needed water breaks and we still managed to get in 5.8 miles - not that off pace of our more spirited pace. Needless to say, fluids are a necessity these days as the days are warming up! Thanks to all of you for joining us once again:)  ~  Carol
