Write Up:The spring weather was picture perfect this morning and we had a great time together on a wide variety of scenic trails. Along the way we marveled at gushing water, colorful flora & fauna and old stone ruins - also traversed the high swinging bridge over South Fork Peachtree Creek and discussed the fascinating human history of Emory's parklands. We stopped for photos at several scenic spots including the President's home (Lullwater House) and the nearby old stone tower & waterfall. Afterward seven of us enjoyed picnicking together in the shade near our vehicles at Hahn Woods. It was fun having newly active members Lina and Pat with us, and hope to see them often again in the future! - Submitted by Charlie 4:30 PM Sun 5/14
