A delightful hike today with a small group of ladies, starting at Sope Creek, but taking a long trail down to the Cochran Shoals creek. We kept a steady pace and covered 5.5 miles, taking in some good hills and passing some cyclists along the way. A very pleasant way to spend a mid-week morning. ~ Joyce
