A delightful park replete with beautifully maintained fields (baseball, soccer), tennis courts, a modern recreation facility with indoor basketball courts and a swimming pool, and a fine arts building where classes in the visual arts are offered.
There were just two of us this morning - - Sharon and I - - but there's something to be said for a small group, especially after yesterday's hike with over 20 members! It was a first visit for Sharon, which made it a very special event.
Two pieces of art (Part of the ArtAround Roswell exhibits) are on display here: The Oak Leaf Triptych and the Sunflower. Both are well worth seeing. ~ Joyce
